1) Manual / Hydraulic Decoiler (5T or 10T optional)
The decoiler is used to support and unwind the steel coil. Hydraulic expansion ensures stable coil holding, preventing slippage during high-speed production. A brake system is often integrated to control tension and avoid material loosening.
2) Coil Feeding & Guiding Device
This section ensures the steel sheet enters the roll forming system accurately. Side guide rollers adjust strip alignment, preventing deviation before entering the leveling and forming section.
3) Leveling System (Optional but recommended)
Before forming, the sheet passes through leveling rollers to remove coil set stress and improve flatness. This is critical for ensuring high-quality roofing profile accuracy, especially for thicker materials.
4) Double Layer Roll Forming Main Frame
This is the core of the production line. The structure includes:
Upper layer forming system for IBR roof panels
Lower layer forming system for corrugated sheets
Each layer has independent roller stations, driven by a chain or gearbox system. High-strength CR12 or GCr15 rollers ensure long service life and stable forming accuracy.
5) Transmission System
The machine adopts chain drive or gearbox transmission depending on configuration. This ensures synchronized roller movement and stable power transfer during continuous operation.
6) Cutting System (Hydraulic Flying Shear or Post Cut)
The cutting unit is designed according to production requirements:
Hydraulic post-cut system: simple structure, lower cost
Flying shear system: higher speed, continuous cutting without stopping
Cutting blades are made of hardened alloy steel for clean and burr-free edges.
7) PLC Control System
The PLC control cabinet allows full automatic operation. Operators can switch between IBR and corrugated profiles via touch screen. It includes:
Length control
Batch quantity setting
Speed adjustment
Fault alarm system
8) Output Table (Run-out Table)
Finished panels are automatically transferred to the output table, preventing surface scratches and ensuring easy stacking and packaging.
